ROMANTIC POETRY PROJECT

In the Eng2Text folder are the poems that we will be covering in the unit on Romanticism. You will have the opportunity to sign up for the ‘poem of your choice.”  You will then be responsible for analyzing the work and “teaching” the poem to the class in a PowerPoint presentation.

Your analysis should focus on what the poet is trying to convey and how he is making his point. Among the things to consider in your analysis are

Do not included biographical information on the poet—that will be covered in class.

Your presentation should be concise yet thorough. You will have approximately 10-15 minutes to teach your poem through your PowerPoint. You will be graded on the accuracy of your analysis and the quality of your presentation.
